 Minutes of the meeting of members of film club for organising Film       Festival 2k23

       Held on 16/01/2023 at 4.00PM

At first, the secretary of the film society extended a hearty welcome to the members. Then the agenda items were discussed. Following are the decisions;

*Film festival of 2023 will be conducted on 1/02/2023 and 2/02/2023.

*The Film Festival got a name 'Kaleidoscope'. 

*Festival will be inaugurated by the District collector, V.R. Premkumar IAS. 

*Film star, Tovino Thomas will be the chief guest. 

* Exhibition of films of great Indian film makers. 

*Other cultural programmes also included in the items. 

It was decided to conduct a meeting on 29/01/2023 for the smooth implementation of the programmds as per the schedule. 

The meeting ended with the vote of thanks delieverd by the vice secretary of the film society.
